Local favorites, Matt and Ted Lee feature Robert Stehling of Charleston’s Hominy Grill in their article titled, “Lowcountry Thanksgiving” in the November 2002 issue of Food & Wine. According to the Lee brothers, Robert Stehling…is dedicated to lowcountry cuisine, but he’s no purist. At a sprawling Thanksgiving, he updates the classics – from picking shrimp with orange juice to spiking pumpkin pie with bourbon.
